What to do when a transaction doesn't go through.

Common Reasons

Insufficient Gas

The most common reason for failed transactions. Make sure you have enough balance to cover gas fees. mon8 automatically calculates and includes gas fees in the transaction.

Network Congestion

During high traffic, transactions may fail or take longer. Wait a few minutes and try again.

Insufficient Balance

Make sure you have enough of the asset you're trying to send or swap.

What to Do

Check the transaction hash in your transaction history
Wait a moment and try again if it was due to network congestion
Ensure sufficient balance for both the transaction and gas fees

Transaction Hash

You can find the transaction hash in your Assets history. Copy it to check the status on a block explorer if needed.
